Happy Birthday Nature Girl!!!!

Yes, it is hard to believe but my very first baby girl is ELEVEN today!  And we spent, she spent, part of the weekend celebrating.

Sissy picked the birthday girl up Saturday morning for the traditional lunch.  They did a little shopping and a little hanging out.  Sissy took her to the dance shop and got her a new leatard and Grandma got her a new skirt.   Then it was back to the house for a family birthday dinner with a request for fried fish, grits, corn muffins and coleslaw.  Hmmm, wonder where she is growing up?

The little guys got her a magizine subscription to Dog Fancy.  We got her a gift card to Barnes and Noble and Little Mama got her a sticker book.  She is becoming hard to buy for!  Her cake was vanilla and chocolate layers with cream cheese icing and lavender paw prints for decorations.

Monday the celebration continued with lunch with Grandma and a little more shopping.  They did great in the clothing department.  She came home with a couple of really cute outfits.

Today we are taking the day off from school to celebrate some more.  We are headed to the local nature museum and then Pizza Hut for lunch with our Book-It coupons and then tonight we will have another of her personal favorites, wings.
